About the role
Welding Alloys South Asia Pvt. Ltd is seeking a QC Engineer to design and maintain quality standards across its manufacturing operations. The role involves inspecting materials, equipment, processes and products, as well as developing corrective actions in collaboration with senior engineering staff.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality standards and control systems.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure workflows, processes and products meet safety regulations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues.
- Develop corrective actions, solutions and continuous improvements.
- Review codes, specifications and processes.
Required profile
- Degree in quality, industrial or mechanical engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance or a similar role.
- ASQ certification preferred.
