QA & QC Expert – Hydropower & Pumped Storage Projects

About the role
The QA & QC Expert will establish, implement, and monitor the Quality Assurance and Quality Control system for all construction activities of the Pumped Storage Project, ensuring that materials, workmanship, testing and inspections comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and applicable standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the Quality Management System.
- Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Monitor material testing and laboratory testing.
- Audit construction quality.
- Review Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage corrective actions.
- Ensure specification compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections on site.
- Prepare QA/QC reports.
- Coordinate third‑party inspections.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Minimum 12 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
