About the role
The QA Executive ensures the quality of products and services by implementing robust quality assurance processes. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, they identify and resolve quality issues, conduct testing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct tests to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and provide solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and findings.
- Participate in product design and development meetings to provide quality insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0‑5 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
