Python Developer (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Python Developer to join our Dehradun office. You will design, develop, test and maintain server‑side applications and APIs that power our web and mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient Python code following object‑oriented principles.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Integrate and manage relational or NoSQL databases, optimise queries and model data.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers, designers and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Debug, optimise and refactor existing code to improve performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews, document technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Strong programming skills in Python with solid OOP knowledge.
• Experience building back‑end web services and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and standard software‑development lifecycle practices.
• Hands‑on experience with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases, including query optimisation and data modelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team.
