Purchase Manager / Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchase Manager / Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, overseeing inventory needs, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
• Manage daily purchasing activities and supervise staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices.
• Maintain a comprehensive supplier database and purchase records.
• Coordinate with inventory control teams to manage stock levels.
• Ensure procured items meet quality standards and manage budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
