Purchase Executive – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage day‑to‑day procurement activities for our operations in HITEC City, Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support our business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day procurement and purchase activities.
• Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, quotations, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and procurement requirements.
• Follow up with vendors regarding shortages, delays, quality issues, or discrepancies.
• Support inventory and stock‑related coordination when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Graduate degree.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Male gender as specified.
