Public Relations Specialist – Corporate PR (2-4 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Public Relations Specialist to join our corporate PR team. The role involves managing client documentation, media outreach, and delivering high‑impact communication solutions for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and quality‑check client reports (daily, coverage, monthly, quarterly, bi‑annual) ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide daily client servicing, respond to queries, and maintain liaison with journalists and clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with media contacts to secure coverage and thought‑leadership opportunities.
• Research, write, and edit press releases, media alerts, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Identify and capitalize on relevant media opportunities to boost client visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report on media coverage, offering recommendations for future campaigns.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics for media appearances.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of core PR experience, preferably in corporate communications.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects, and think creatively.
