Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Manager to lead strategic PR and communications initiatives for luxury fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands. The role involves crafting compelling brand narratives and securing high‑impact media coverage across premium channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans aligned with brand positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and high‑net‑worth networks.
• Drive consistent media coverage, features, interviews, product placements, and brand stories.
• Identify and secure relevant media and influencer opportunities.
• Manage press outreach, media relations, press previews, launches, events, and brand activations.
• Create press releases, media pitches, talking points, and other communication materials.
• Track PR coverage, influencer activity, and campaign performance; prepare regular reports and insights.
• Stay updated on luxury industry trends, media landscapes, cultural conversations, and emerging influencers/KOLs.
• Oversee multiple campaigns and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of execution.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within a PR agency.
• Strong background working with luxury brands in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or related premium categories.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to articulate brand narratives.
• Established relationships with press, journalists, editors, influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and high‑net‑worth networks.
• Deep understanding of luxury consumers, premium brand positioning, and luxury communications nuances.
• Strong networking, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
