Public Relations Manager

About the role

Swiss Beauty is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead brand communications for one of India’s fastest‑growing beauty brands. You will shape the PR strategy, build media relationships and drive visibility for product launches and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty, fashion, lifestyle and business media.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, brand stories and thought‑leadership content.
• Drive media visibility across print, digital, television and social platforms.
• Lead PR for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal collections and key initiatives.
• Plan and execute press events, influencer events, media previews and brand activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, brand sentiment and manage reputation and crisis communications.
• Track PR performance through coverage, reach, impressions and campaign reporting.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in beauty, personal care, fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong network across media houses, editors, journalists and influencers.
• Proven experience managing product launches and integrated brand campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, consumer‑centric environment.
