Public Relations Executive – PR & Influencer Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Executive to lead influencer collaborations and media relations for our extensive beauty and cosmetics portfolio. The role will support brand campaigns, manage event execution, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage relevant influencers to align with brand campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts and deliverables.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure brand guidelines and key messages are consistently communicated.
• Compile coverage reports, campaign overviews and brand performance metrics.
• Follow up with influencers to retrieve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts across lifestyle, fashion and beauty publications.
• Secure editorial placements, interviews and coverage in key media outlets.
• Maintain and update media database lists and monitor press coverage.
• Create and manage guest lists for media and influencer‑focused events.
• Liaise with venues, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop moodboards and visual concepts to support campaign storytelling and event planning.
• Edit and proofread all PR materials for consistency and accuracy.
• Write clear messaging and caption copy for social media platforms.
• Publish and share content daily on social media accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Motivated, can‑do attitude and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Local resident able to travel to the office location; no remote or hybrid work.
