Public Relations Executive

About the role

Torque Communications, a 20‑year‑old agency, is seeking a proactive Public Relations Executive to manage client relationships, craft compelling content, and drive media coverage. The role is based in Indiranagar, Bangalore and requires full‑time onsite presence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients across sectors such as defence, telecommunications, logistics, technology and e‑commerce to ensure satisfaction and deliver on all mandate deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to develop key messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
• Create strategic materials including press releases, articles and other client‑specific content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets relevant to each industry.
• Pitch client stories, secure media coverage and monitor resulting visibility.
• Track, analyse and report media coverage, trends and sentiment to clients on a regular basis.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in communications, public relations or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Research Analysis or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients and deliver high‑quality work.
