Public Relations Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Public Relations Communications Manager to lead media and communication initiatives for our clients in Pune. The role combines media outreach, content creation, and client servicing to amplify brand messages across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage relevant media, journalists, influencers and industry stakeholders; build and maintain strong relationships to secure press coverage.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, reports and other communication materials that align with brand messaging.
• Support day‑to‑day client account management, coordinate internal teams and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, events and communication plans.
• Monitor campaign performance, maintain coverage trackers and prepare media monitoring, campaign summary and competitive analysis reports.
• Stay abreast of media trends, industry news and client sectors, proactively identifying opportunities for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced agency environment.
