Public Relations Account Executive

About the role

The Public Relations Account Executive will support client communication initiatives, handling press conferences, event launches, media round‑tables and day‑to‑day client interactions. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality outputs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Draft formal emails, basic press releases, Q&A documents and briefing materials.
• Build trust with clients, provide status updates and present ideas during meetings.
• Identify key media influencers and pitch story angles.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate events from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify issues, make recommendations and prepare client reports.
• Conduct media monitoring, research and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Develop digital content and monitor online platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree specializing in Public Relations or Marketing Communications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PR or journalism.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Konkani and Marathi.
• Availability for occasional travel and flexible working hours.

Required skills

• Expert written and verbal communication.
• Strong decision‑making and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).
