Property Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Property Manager to lead daily operations at our vibrant hostel in Vagator, North Goa. You will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring smooth, cost‑effective hotel management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain service quality.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control of supplies.
• Handle guest complaints, monitor online reviews, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to achieve excellent service standards.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; analyse revenue streams and optimise profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive bookings, manage online channels, and build local partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations through regular inspections.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing hotel or hostel operations, preferably in a backpacker environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using online booking platforms.
