Projects Lead – Store Development & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Projects Lead to own the end‑to‑end execution of new store and renovation projects for our expanding portfolio of cloud kitchens, dine‑in and quick‑service restaurant formats. The role will work closely with design, operations and business development teams to deliver high‑quality sites on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of new store and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with Design, Business Development, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams.
• Supervise civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and kitchen equipment installation.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards and CAPEX budgets.
• Manage contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Conduct site feasibility studies and technical inspections.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and engineering regulations.
• Drive timely project handover for successful store launches.

Required profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality or commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, vendor management, CAPEX and MEP services.
