About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Site Supervisor to lead construction activities at our sites in Chennai. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects progress on schedule, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Maintain site reports and monitor material usage.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Required profile
- Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Good understanding of construction practices and site management.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
