Project Planning Manager (CPAS) – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

As a Project Planning Manager (CPAS) you will be the central hub coordinating design, construction, procurement and finance teams to deliver luxury villa projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, monitor milestones, identify critical paths and implement corrective actions.
• Track project budgets, forecast cash flow, reconcile cost plans with design changes and report financial insights to senior management.
• Create integrated dashboards, manage action trackers and prepare governance packs for leadership meetings.
• Liaise with design, procurement, contract management and onsite teams to resolve bottlenecks and optimise resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience in real‑estate development or project management consulting, preferably in luxury real estate.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Primavera are highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, risk management and delay analysis.
