Project Manager – Treasury & Digital Assets

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead transformation programmes within Treasury, Capital Markets and Transaction Banking. The role will focus on delivering digital‑asset, tokenisation and blockchain initiatives that enhance payments, settlements and liquidity management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project plans for complex Treasury and digital‑asset transformations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including business, technology and senior stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with market infrastructure standards.
• Document project artefacts and communicate progress to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business analysis, functional consulting or product delivery within Treasury, Capital Markets, Transaction Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Treasury operations, payments, settlements, liquidity management and transaction processing.
• Ability to bridge business strategy with technology delivery.

Required skills

• Experience with digital‑asset, tokenisation, blockchain or DLT‑enabled projects.
• Knowledge of digital‑asset trading platforms, custody solutions, stablecoins and related market infrastructure.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting Treasury and digital assets.
