Project Manager – Store Planning

About the role

As a Project Manager for Store Planning in India, you will join CHANEL’s Regional Boutique Architecture team. Reporting to the Regional Store Planning Director, you will oversee the delivery of boutique openings, renovations, extensions and maintenance projects across New Delhi and other Indian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural and interior‑design projects simultaneously, from feasibility studies through construction, opening and post‑opening care.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, real‑estate, procurement, operations and sustainability teams.
• Liaise with external partners including landlords, local authorities, consultants, contractors and regional architects.
• Ensure projects comply with CHANEL’s global architectural standards, brand image, sustainability commitments, budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, schedules, budgets and reporting tools, providing clear status updates to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and organisational abilities with a disciplined project‑management approach.
• Experience handling complex projects in retail, boutique or commercial environments.
• Excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work within a global architecture network and align with international design partners.
