Project Manager – Store Expansion

About the role

Curefoods is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of Krispy Kreme store expansion projects across India. You will be responsible for delivering new cafés, kiosks and production facilities on schedule, within budget and to brand quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of new store and renovation projects, from feasibility to handover.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Design, Business Development, Operations, Procurement and Finance.
• Supervise civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and kitchen equipment installations.
• Monitor project timelines, quality metrics and CAPEX budgets.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and vendors, ensuring compliance with statutory, safety and engineering regulations.
• Conduct site feasibility studies and technical inspections.
• Drive timely project handover for successful store launches.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or a related engineering discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality or commercial fit‑out projects.
• Proven expertise in project execution, vendor management, CAPEX control and MEP services.
