Project Manager – Solar Power Projects

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar power projects in the South Region. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance and other departments to align project goals.
• Support site teams during installation, commissioning and close‑out phases.
• Manage EPC execution from design through construction, monitoring progress against schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Perform cost analysis, maintain budgets and control project expenses.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Serve as primary customer contact, communicating milestones and addressing concerns.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience managing solar power projects, preferably as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes for solar projects.
