Project Manager – Software Projects

About the role

AppZoro Technologies is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to own software projects from initiation through successful delivery. You will act as the main coordination point between clients and internal teams, ensuring that deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines; break projects into actionable tasks.
• Create and maintain project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
• Serve as the primary client contact, understand objectives, provide status updates, and manage feedback.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and other internal teams, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and monitor workload to prevent resource constraints.
• Control project scope, prevent unnecessary creep, and ensure requirements are well‑documented.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience managing software projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
