Project Manager & Scrum Master

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master for the MiDAS platform. You will lead cross‑functional delivery, ensure alignment with business priorities, and drive agile practices across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and control MiDAS platform delivery, maintaining project plans, milestones, risks and issues.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers, escalate impediments and promote continuous improvement.
• Track delivery status through concept, MVP, pilot, rollout and operations phases.
• Coordinate with technical leads, product owners and use‑case owners to ensure release readiness and compliance.
• Serve as the central liaison between the MiDAS core team and global business teams, providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Support adoption of the MiDAS engineering framework, DevOps practices and self‑service workflows.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in project management, agile delivery or technical program coordination.
• Proven experience supporting software platform teams or AI‑enabled engineering initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and matrixed‑organization management skills.
• Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
