Project Manager – SCADA & Automation (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager (or Junior Project Manager) to lead SCADA and automation projects for solar power plants. Based in Jaipur, you will work closely with customers, engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer specifications and produce detailed documents such as I/O lists and specification files.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, resource plans and control mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform quality assurance for SCADA projects in line with customer requirements.
• Coordinate remote site commissioning with Project Engineers and customers.
• Lead Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• 10th & 12th from CBSE board with at least 75% marks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience managing projects independently.
• 2‑3 years of field experience in SCADA & PLC commissioning.
• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and English communication skills.

Required skills

• PLC programming and commissioning.
• SCADA OEM experience (Zenon preferred).
• Knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870‑101/104, IEC 61850.
• Networking fundamentals.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with HMI development, visualization and Wago PLC systems (advantageous).
