About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead custom online market research projects of low-to-mid complexity. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and financial accuracy while supporting strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of custom online market research projects, from kick-off to closeout.
• Coordinate sample and quota setup, survey testing, fieldwork launch, monitoring, and quality checks.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and address inquiries promptly.
• Monitor project milestones, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks.
• Support financial processes including reconciliations, honorarium processing, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist with more complex project types (e.g., IHUTs, geofencing, receipt capture) under guidance.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and timeliness.
• Basic understanding of market research methodologies and panel behavior.
