Project Manager - Pre Engineered Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects related to steel structures and buildings, ensuring that all contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage PEB projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
