Project Manager – Planning (Mumbai)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Planning to join its Mumbai team. You will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules across commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers and contractors to align timelines.
• Prepare baseline programs, conduct critical path analysis and identify potential delays.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and look‑ahead schedules.
• Integrate schedules with cost control, budgets and manpower plans.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule performance insights.
• Support claims analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) submissions.
• Implement best practices in planning and scheduling across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BE/BTech).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling of commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex schedules.
