Project Manager – Operations Lead

About the role

The Operations Lead/Project Manager will own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through execution, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress, upcoming activities, and any changes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources and meet project timelines.
• Facilitate communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver formal reporting, such as weekly progress reports.
• Engage with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing the installation team to follow design plans safely.
• Collaborate with functional teams to maintain high standards of execution and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating manpower agencies and project teams.
• Strong ability to maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and presenting weekly progress reports.
• Capability to work closely with design professionals, vendors, and installation crews.
