Project Manager – Mineral & Mining

About the role

BEUMER Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mineral and mining projects. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution, delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including third‑party vendors and customers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with engineering feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using MS Project or Primavera.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure and report project performance, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and client communication.

Required profile

• B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial Production, Electrical or Electronics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital goods or high‑value industries.
• Proven project management experience with strong client‑facing communication.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera for scheduling.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
