Project Manager – Mechanical Engineering

About the role

The Project Manager will lead an associate team to deliver design‑support tasks, drive continuous‑improvement programs and support new product development. The role also supports sustaining teams on legacy tools, manages scope of work, recruitment and supplier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering analysis and generate documentation for product release.
• Design or modify mechanical layouts, schematics and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components, identifying critical parts.
• Troubleshoot moderate mechanical problems and implement solutions.
• Support sustaining teams on legacy tools and manage part releases.
• Report task assignments and status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech or M.S./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience managing design/engineering tasks.
• Experience with NX, Teamcenter and Auto‑CAD.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings.
