Project Manager – Manufacturing & EPC

About the role

Chart Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination of engineering, procurement and construction projects for its Noida manufacturing facility. The role involves managing timelines, costs and deliverables while interfacing with internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets and deliverables across design, planning, production, finance and quality departments.
• Process order bookings, circulate purchase orders and verify commercial and technical details.
• Prepare and obtain customer approvals for GA drawings, QAPs and related documentation.
• Submit quotations, transport ODCs and manage logistics for dispatch, road permits and carrier coordination.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings and produce monthly progress reports for customers.
• Arrange inspection calls, coordinate inspections with production and QC, and handle customer‑side delay records for liquidated‑damage claims.
• Compile fan quality reports and operation & maintenance manuals in collaboration with engineering and service teams.
• Travel to sites and supplier locations as required.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 7‑10 years of experience in project management or contracts within a manufacturing/EPC environment.
• Proven ability to interact with customers and manage commercial terms.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
