Project Manager – KUP

About the role

The Project Manager (KUP) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC, and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Construction teams for timely execution.
• Track project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecast expenditures.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Conduct project review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and company procedures.
• Manage change orders, variation requests, and project documentation.
• Monitor resource allocation and productivity across activities.
• Coordinate fabrication, load‑out, transportation, and offshore installation readiness.
• Support risk management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks.
• Liaise with customers, classification societies, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and operational excellence standards.
• Facilitate lessons learned and project close‑out activities.
