Project Manager

About the role

Anovia, a leading technology outsourcing provider for the telecommunications sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the transition of customers into managed services. You will coordinate contract data, hardware orders, and service milestones while collaborating with global onsite and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Transition customers into managed services and ensure accurate contract data entry in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate order fulfillment for hardware appliances and manage contract cancellation activities.
• Communicate service transition milestones to CEM and Towers, and forecast planning using pipeline and renewal dashboards.
• Lead daily/weekly status calls, maintain relationships with onsite/offshore teams, and notify go‑live and billing start dates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting project management for telecom projects.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, global and hybrid environment.
• Experience managing projects offshore, covering initiation, cost, communication, quality, risk, and resource management.
