Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of manufacturing and supply projects for wooden doors and modular furniture. Based in Borivali, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining on‑site coordination with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Track material procurement and production schedules.
• Manage expediting activities to avoid delays.
• Supervise inspections and monitor logistics and delivery status.
• Prepare progress reports and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and provide regular updates.
• Support continuous improvement in project and supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Strong project management skills, including expediting and inspection.
• Logistics management experience to coordinate shipments and inventory flows.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, furniture, construction, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
