Project Manager

About the role

The University seeks a highly organised Project Manager to drive strategic, operational and institutional initiatives across multiple departments. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects align with the university’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, dashboards and execution frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies and escalation points, and ensure timely project closure.
• Coordinate with academic, administrative and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Create MIS reports, dashboards, presentations and executive summaries; analyse progress and performance indicators.
• Support leadership with presentations, strategic documents, benchmarking and governance reviews.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend process improvements and support digitisation, automation and AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, Public Policy, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in project management, strategy & operations, program management, consulting or institutional administration.
• Experience in higher education, EdTech, corporate strategy or similar environments is a plus.
