Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery for one or more portfolio companies of Nordic Capital. Based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing steady‑state service delivery and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and mobilization, creating and maintaining onboarding plans, project schedules, resource plans and RAID logs.
• Manage testing, acceptance and performance‑based payment processes, providing weekly status reports and handling change control.
• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring quality, productivity and continuity across extended teams and consultants.
• Drive governance activities, chair operational performance meetings, support quarterly governance committees and prepare strategic reviews.
• Manage vendor personnel and key resources, ensuring sufficient staffing, competence and team stability.
• Handle commercial and contract management, including work orders, scope, volumes, charges and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, data‑processing agreements, supplier code of conduct and relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and competitiveness.

Required profile

• 11‑15 years of experience in delivery and project management, including planning, estimation, risk and dependency management, acceptance and quality control.
• Proven stakeholder and client management skills, with experience in executive communication, negotiation and expectation management.
• Strong commercial acumen covering budgeting, forecasting, margin management and contract awareness.
• People leadership experience, such as team building, mentoring and resource management.
