Project Manager

About the role

You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and ready for launch. The role covers project governance, budget and timeline creation, quality assurance, testing, and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project‑level risks, escalating to global leads or program managers when needed.
• Provide regular project reporting and status updates through scorecards, status reports, monthly review meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
• Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
• Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness for go‑live.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure quality assurance throughout delivery phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders from tactical teams to steering committees.
• Strong project planning abilities, proactive risk identification, and strict timeline management.
• Focus on cost, schedule, and quality of delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and associated technology solutions.
• Stakeholder management and positive influence in decision‑making.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
