Project Manager (IT)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead moderately complex IT projects. The role combines traditional project management with Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring delivery excellence while adhering to Agile principles.

Key responsibilities

• Validate project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex initiatives.
• Act as Scrum Master for multiple projects, guiding teams through Agile ceremonies.
• Identify and escalate risks to program success as needed.
• Manage delivery process, scope, and costs under broad supervision.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans.
• Lead change management activities, including impact analysis and training support.
• Evaluate project outcomes against success metrics and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software and/or product development.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven IT project management experience in Agile environments.
