Project Manager – Interior Projects

About the role

Novato Interiors is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead residential interior projects from site handover to final completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating across design, production, and installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, milestones, and daily site activities.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, site supervisors, factory, and installation teams.
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Track labour productivity, material usage, and project costs.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and conduct regular site inspections.
• Maintain project documentation and submit progress reports.

Required profile

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior fit‑out, residential construction, or project management.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license (preferred).
