Project Manager – Interior & Construction

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Project Manager to join Neev Homes in Dwarka. The role involves overseeing the complete delivery of interior and civil construction projects, from planning through to handover, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and site teams as well as external contractors and vendors.
• Prepare regular status reports and facilitate project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve operational issues on‑site and support decision‑making to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, interior execution, or civil construction.
• Strong practical knowledge of interior fit‑out and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
• Proven capability to coordinate contractors, vendors, designers, engineers, and site teams.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
