Project Manager – Generative AI

About the role

Persistent is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Machine Learning and Generative AI initiatives. You will bridge business objectives with technical execution, ensuring AI solutions are aligned, scalable, and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of ML and GenAI projects from discovery through post‑production.
• Define scope, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and success metrics.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies across cross‑functional teams.
• Track progress using Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Review technical designs for scalability, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in project delivery, preferably in AI/ML domains.
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of data quality, model performance, latency, cost, security, and compliance risks.
