Project Manager – Digital Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple digital projects from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and maintain the highest quality standards for client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project documentation, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead and motivate a team that includes web designers, graphic designers, content writers, social media managers, and IT support.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget changes while mitigating risks.
• Conduct quality reviews, gather client feedback, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR to improve SOPs and internal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency or creative/IT environment.
• Strong understanding of web design, SEO, digital marketing, and graphic design workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and remote teams is a plus.
