Project Manager – Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Consulting

About the role

Tsaaro is a data‑privacy and cybersecurity consulting firm seeking a Project Manager to lead internal and client‑facing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute and monitor projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the firm’s processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, documentation standards, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes.
• Conduct regular project reviews and governance check‑ins with leadership and stakeholders.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and act as a single point of coordination.
• Assist leadership with visibility into project performance, timelines, and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience in consulting, technology, privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance domains is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and leadership updates.
• Dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and documentation practices.
