Project Manager - Cybersecurity

About the role

The Cybersecurity Project Manager will lead international initiatives that protect information systems, ensure infrastructure integrity, and guarantee regulatory compliance. Acting as a bridge between management, technical teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate the delivery of security solutions that detect, prevent, and remediate cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, create action plans, estimate resources, and monitor progress.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure security policies and procedures are aligned with standards and deployed globally.
• Draft and maintain documentation such as policies, procedures, and security reports.
• Communicate with management, technical teams, and external partners to drive project success.
• Prepare all elements for a smooth transition of the project to Business As Usual (BAU).

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in production environments.
• Strong command of professional English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Defense‑in‑depth principles and knowledge of security tools (firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
• Project‑management methodologies (waterfall, PMP) and budgeting.
• Risk‑assessment techniques and treatment planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
