Project Manager / Construction Manager (Kochi, Kerala)

About the role

Kool Home Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Construction Manager to lead high‑rise building projects in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise construction activities for high‑rise projects.
• Manage site operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and on‑site problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report progress to senior management.
• Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and procurement teams.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction domain.
• At least 2 years of experience as a site in‑charge or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record managing high‑rise building projects.
• Fluent in Malayalam for effective on‑site communication.
