Project Manager (Civil) – PMC or Consulting Experience

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager (Civil) with at least 8 years of experience in industrial construction. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing project delivery from planning through handover, and ensuring high‑quality execution on complex sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Prepare detailed reports, charts, and documentation to support decision‑making.
• Facilitate communication with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Draft meeting minutes, track action items, and proactively resolve pending issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate across disciplines to remove them.
• Conduct clash checks between PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and structural elements.
• Develop preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch‑up plans, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Assist in cost estimation, tendering, and review of tender documents.
• Track submission timelines and expedite document approvals.
• Report project conflicts to senior management and resolve execution‑stage queries with site teams and design engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master’s in Construction/Project Management.
• 10–13 years of project or construction management experience, preferably on industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, coordination techniques, and scheduling methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments and drive results.
