Project Manager – Civil

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead construction projects in Kochi. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Handle all contractual correspondence and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proactively manage timelines, mitigate delays, and formally notify stakeholders of any schedule changes.
• Prepare and manage claims related to changes, delays, or disputes.
• Control project costs, ensure alignment with approved budgets, and oversee billing and receivables collection.
• Optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala.
