Project Manager – Aviation Terminal Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large‑scale aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The role involves managing complex infrastructure programmes while ensuring quality, budget and timeline objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of aviation terminal projects, aligning with client requirements and organisational goals.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and mitigate potential overruns through risk management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field; Master’s in Project or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 12 + years experience managing large‑scale infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in aviation terminal projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience using BIM tools.
• Project‑management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• In‑depth knowledge of aviation terminal design and construction processes.
