Project Manager – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

The Next Idea Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. You will act as the operational backbone of the studio, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high‑quality deliverables on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple architecture and interior design projects simultaneously, developing and monitoring schedules and milestones.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Review architectural drawings, construction documentation, and 3D visualizations for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate revisions among architects, designers, engineers, and visualization teams.
• Allocate workloads, monitor staff productivity, and mentor junior team members.
• Report project status regularly to senior management and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client submission.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing architectural or interior design projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
