Project Manager – Architecture & Construction

About the role

Arch Point Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of architecture, interior design and PMC projects. Based in Jaipur, you will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor all phases of projects from design development through construction and handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures and resource plans using MS Project.
• Track progress, budgets and deliverables; identify and resolve delays, risks and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate architects, interior designers, civil engineers, contractors, vendors and consultants for seamless execution.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, MIS reports and dashboards in Google Sheets for internal and client reporting.
• Conduct data analysis on costs, timelines, resource utilization and vendor performance to support decision‑making.
• Organise site visits, client meetings and progress reviews; produce minutes of meetings and daily progress reports.
• Manage documentation, drawings, approvals and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor quality control, safety standards and Arch Point’s quality benchmarks.
• Oversee procurement coordination, vendor negotiations and contractor bill verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years proven experience as a Project Manager in an architecture, interior design or PMC firm.
• PMP or PGDCM certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and resource allocation.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Strong data analysis abilities for cost, timeline and performance metrics.
